• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-207 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE <br />FROM THE SIDE YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENT FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6750 BLACK DUCK DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Variance requesting that an <br />accessory building be sited 4.5 feet from the side yard property line, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's zoning ordinance, in Section 6, subd. 1.4.c.2, requires that <br />accessory structures be sited five feet from side yard property lines, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves <br />the proposed six inch Variance, as described in the attached staff report, dated November <br />24, 2003. <br />• <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of November, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />• <br />John J.
