• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-200 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />PHEASANT HILLS PRESERVE 13Th ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the site is included in the Pheasant Hills Preserve preliminary plat approved by the <br />City Council on August 13, 1990, and was depicted as a single family lot, and <br />WHEREAS, the site consists of what is now Outlot B, Pheasant Hills Preserve 5th Addition and <br />Outlot B, Pheasant Hills Preserve 10th Addition, and <br />• WHEREAS, the final plat for Pheasant Hills Preserve 13th Addition received by the City <br />November 4, 2003 is consistent with the preliminary plat; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Pheasant Hills Preserve 13th Addition. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City Clerk <br />• <br />John J.
