CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 -213 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 AND PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 1 — <br />CENTURY TRAIL LIFT STATION PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project has been begun, <br />AND WHEREAS, Public Works has requested design changes associated with the control pad <br />and panel for the Century Trail Lift Station, <br />AND WHEREAS, Carl Bolander and Sons Company has provided cost for the change in <br />quantities and bid items associated with the Century Trail Lift Station construction; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Change Order No.1 in the amount of $4,831.00 and Pay Request No. 1 in the amount of <br />$6,031.03 is approved for the Century Trail Lift Station project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of November 2003. <br />John J.
