• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03 -228 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 AND PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 5 — <br />ELM STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project has been begun, <br />AND WHEREAS, design changes were required by the RCWD, subgrade improvements, and <br />changes in restoration for the EIm Street Reconstruction Project, <br />AND WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is spelled out in the Change Order; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Change Order No.1 resulting in a decrease of $55,768.45 bringing the contract amount to <br />$1,457,453.34 and Pay Request No. 5 in the amount of $54,683.50 is approved for the EIm <br />Street Reconstruction Project. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 15th day of December 2003. <br />Ann J.
