Unless the City is willing to participate, a board will be needed to handle the <br />maintenance. <br />Mr. Smyser explained that, optimally, the City would not need an association for the <br />commercial areas, but one could possibly be needed in the residential areas. <br />Chair Schaps said the workshop would be held on Tuesday, April 4 at 7:00 a.m. <br />Ms. Lane asked if it was important to hold the public hearing in April.
