There being none, he entertained a motion to <br />close the public hearing. <br />Mr. Johnson made a MOTION to close the public hearing at 8:05 p.m., and was <br />supported by Ms. Lane. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />Archie Lessard stated he is applying for the permit for the Dairy Queen but is not the <br />developer and is unable to answer the platting questions. Mr. Lessard stated he would consider that in an effort to gain <br />more customers. <br />Mr. Johnson made a MOTION to approve the site plan and conditional use permit to <br />construct a Dairy Queen on 21st Avenue at Northern Lights Boulevard, subject to the <br />findings of fact as identified in the Staff report and subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The final plat must obtain approval from the City before a building permit is <br />issued for the Dairy Queen.
