Mr. <br />Powell noted the detailed comments made by staff and stated staff is satisfied they can be <br />met with a plan revision. <br />Chair Schaps requested public input. <br />Dave Bombeck, 626 Main Street, stated the last proposal that was presented raised a lot <br />of residential concerns about this layout including concern for the wetlands, areas of <br />standing water, drainage, access to Main Street, and need for park space. He pointed out <br />the location of his property and stated he wants to be assured he will not be impacted and <br />the road will stay a dead end forever, <br />Mr. Powell stated it is probably not the Council's desire to <br />extend the road to the east but it is expected the road w' <br />point in the future. <br />Mr. Bombeck asked if that decision remains w <br />Council can initiate a project or eminent do <br />unless the residents initiate the request. <br />Ms. Lane asked about the accomm <br />future. He stated he is not aware of any other meetings being held and <br />tonight there is no one in attendance. He restated the importance of a park which has now <br />been removed from the project. Mr. Bombeck stated he would appreciate it if this <br />consideration is tabled so more residents can attend. <br />Mr. Powell advised of the Rice Creek Watershed District review. <br />Mr. Smyser stated Mr. Bombeck was invited to the meeting on the roadway along Mar <br />Don Acres where the park issue was addressed and it was indicated at that meeting that if <br />• <br />• <br />
