Ms. Lane <br />stated her agreement that a native front lawn would not fit well with an industrial area. <br />Mr. Schilling asked if galvanizing will occur on this site. Mr. Reeder stated they do no <br />finishing in their building. <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION to close the public hearing at 8 • ., and was supported <br />by Mr. Schilling. Proper building permits must be obtained prior to any construction and 1% of the <br />construction costs must be put in escrow to insure completion of all site <br />improvements. Fire suppression sprinklers are required. <br />12. Removal of the requirement for native plantings on the Apollo Drive frontage. <br />
