Mueller -Beis Funeral Home, 7050 Lake Drive, Site Plan Review and Minor Subdivision Staff presented their analysis of the site plan review for the Mueller -Beis Funeral Home, 7050 Lake Drive. Staff advised the Environmental Board reviewed the project on September 27, 2000 and recommended approval of the proje f referred to a copy of their comments. Staff noted the applicant would like this item to appear on the October 23, 2000, regular Council agenda. Staff advised the City will not have time to review the revised plans. Therefore, the Council will review this item at the November 13, 2000, regular Council meeting. • • Acting Chair Lane stated Parcel A is the site for the funeral home.
