CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />DATE : January 10, 2001 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:30 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 9:39 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT : Corson, Lyden, Rafferty, Schilling, Schaps, and <br />Zych <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : Lane <br />STAFF PRESENT : City Planner Smyser; City Engineer Powell <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:31 <br />p.m., January 10, 2001. <br />1111 II. / APPROVAL OF MINUTES — DECEMBER 13, 2000 <br />Mr. Rafferty made a MOTION to approve the minutes of the December 13, 2000, <br />meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board as submitted, and was supported <br />by Mr. Corson. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mr. Corson requested the rescheduling of the next Planning and Zoning Board Meeting <br />be moved from February 14, 2001 due to Valentines Day be placed under Discussion <br />item 7D. <br />Mr. Lyden requested a discussion to review EIFS be placed under Discussion item 7E. <br />The agenda was approved. <br />IV. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mr. Lyden made a MOTION to elect Mr. Rafferty as Chair for 2001 for Lino Lakes, and <br />was supported by Mr. Zych. Motion failed 3 -3. (Schaps, Schilling, Corson) <br />Mr. Corson a MOTION to elect Mr. Schaps as Chair for 2001 or Lino Lakes, and was <br />• supported by Mr. Schilling. Motion carried 5 -1. (Zych) <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION to elect Mr. Rafferty as Vice Chair for 2001 for Lino <br />Lakes, and was supported by Mr. Schilling. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />
