Planning & Zoning Board <br />May 9, 2001 <br />Page 29 <br />• Mr. Lyden noted it needs to be a Council priority to assure adequate budgeted funds for <br />parks. <br />• <br />Ms. Lane agreed it is important to obtain park land, but there are instances where the City <br />does not want the land (such as with the Target Store proposal). <br />Mr. Corson commented on the discrepancy in park dedication fee requirements between <br />residential and commercial projects. <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 10:30 p.m., and was supported <br />by Ms. Lane.
