This recommendation is based on the findings contained in this report <br />and subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Architectural Plans shall be provided for the trash enclosure to insure conformance <br />with City requirements. <br />2. A photometric lighting plan and light fixture details sh <br />review and approval by staff. Motion carried 4 -0. <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Marketplace Update <br />Mr. Grochala stated the plan had been approved for the Marketplace development. There <br />had been no formal ground - breaking ceremony scheduled at this time. The SuperTarget <br />was anticipating a July, 2002 opening. <br />• <br />
