However, he pointed <br />out that they had spent a great deal of money putting in the berm, which was what he <br />thought was requested on the 1997 Conditional Use Permit. Chair Schaps stated he was <br />not necessarily for 8 -foot conifers, but stated he would like to see smaller additional <br />conifers on top of the berm. He asked for an opinion from the City Forester to see if this <br />could or could not be done and if the cost was or was not reasonable. <br />Mr. Lyden asked if there could be anything done with respect to the dust.
