Staff indicated this application involved a minor change in parcel sizes, and appeared to pose no concern for public health, safety, or welfare. Staff would recommend approval of this Minor Subdivision with the following condition: 1. The five -acre piece must be legally combined with the property at 598 Pine Street, in order to comply with the City's 10 -acre minimum lot size requirement.
