CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Acting Chair Johnson called the Lino Lakes Planning meeting to order at <br />6:30 p.m., March 10, 1999. <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Januar <br />Ms. Wyland distributed a me <br />minute format will b- use <br />public hearings wil <br />o' 1 ty Administrator that indicated the modified <br />oards. She noted that all public comments from <br />minutes. <br />Mr. Trehus made a ! TION to approve the minutes of the January 13, 1999, meeting of <br />the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board, and was supported by Mr. Dunn. Motion <br />carried 3 -0 with Mr. Corson and Mr. Schilling abstaining. <br />February 10, 1999 <br />Acting Chair Johnson noted that page 5, paragraph 2, should be corrected to "Acting <br />Chair Johnson ". <br />Mr. Schilling made a MOTION to approve the corrected minutes of the February 10, <br />1999, meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board, and was supported by Mr. <br />Trehus. Motion carried 4 -0 with Mr. Corson abstaining. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />
