The City needs more open <br />• <br />space. <br />MOTION carried 3 -2 with Acting Chair Johnson and Mr. Trehus voting no. <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION for approval of the rezoning to Planned Development <br />Overlay for single family residential use based on the findings in the report, and was <br />supported by Mr. Schilling Motion carried 4 -1 with Acting Chair Johnson voting no. <br />Mr. Dunn made a MOTION to approve the preliminary development plan based on the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Eliminate Greenway E as open space and use a typical drainage easement over the <br />wetland. The wetland will then be within platted lots with an easement over it. <br />2. A buffer detail for the strip of land between Otter Lake Road and Lot 4 Block 12 <br />should be provided. <br />3. Staff recommends that the developer pave the trails and wit .4 acres, the park <br />dedication requirement would be fulfilled. <br />4. Developer will move trail alignments near . Drainage and utility easements to be held by the City shall cover all wetlands and <br />drainage ways subject to approval of the City Engineer. This includes lot line easements <br />as required by the City Subdivision Regulations. <br />
