Ms. <br />Wyland added that the City Council did establish a limit regarding the number of homes <br />built per year. <br />Mr. Smyser stated the residents are not concerned with phasing. The pond completion is <br />a big issue. Completion of the pond should be discussed. People should not have to live <br />in a construction zone. A solution should be worked out to complete the pond this year. <br />Mr. Almich added he is willing to look for a solution to work with the City and the <br />developer regarding pond completion. <br />Mr. Steve Dahl, 7625 Appaloosa Lane, expressed concern regarding safety issues. He <br />stated there are many children in the neighborhood. The pond has a steep slope with a <br />drop off. The pond needs to be completed. He stated the date regarding tree planting has <br />been changed many times. <br />Mr. Uhde brought forward disclosure booklets for each addition. ` e read the first item <br />regarding ponds.
