Mr. Wessel stated that from an economic development perspective this is a good project. The addition would expand the current seating capacity and offer diners a view of the lake. Mr. Johnson asked about parking overflow. Mr. Smyser stated the applicant feels there is adequate parking. There is the potential for more cars on the green space. Customers may not park in the right -of -way.
