This permit is amending the original permit. <br />Mr. Corson asked about the City granting one -year reviewing Conditional Use Permits. <br />Mr. Smyser advised the courts have ruled that one -year CUP's are inappropriate. The <br />CUP goes with the land once it is granted. The best process is to set conditions for a <br />permit and make sure the applicants comply. The City will be developing a process <br />regarding the annual review of permits to insure compliance. <br />
