The two small accessory buildings are removed prior to construction of the proposed <br />addition. Should the applicant opt to construct a garage, a site plan review will be <br />required. <br />2. Proper building permits including the entire building to be sprinkled be obtained prior <br />to construction and a 1% escrow deposit is received to insure completion of all site <br />improvements. <br />3. The trash handling area will be screened from the street right -of -way and adjoining <br />properties. <br />4. No exterior storage is allowed. All storage must be cont 'thin a building. <br />5. Any additional lighting shall be directed away from erties and reviewed <br />by City staff prior to installation. <br />6. The City Engineer shall review and approv si dra"age and grading plan. <br />7. James Lam £ • cht, 1083 Aspen Lane, Variance <br />Mr. Lambrecht is requesting a variance to allow the construction of a 10 x 18 porch <br />addition to his home at 1083 Aspen Lane that will be 20' from the side property line, the <br />ordinance requires 30'. <br />Acting Chair Lane asked if the footprint will change by enclosing the deck. Ms. Wyland <br />indicated the footprint will not change. <br />Mr. Dunn stated he is very familiar with the intersection. He stated he would be the first <br />to object if there is site impairment problems. The project will increase the value of the <br />home in the neighborhood. He stated it is an appropriate time to use a variance and he <br />supports the project. <br />
