Mr. Carie advised the equipment is not on the streets. It is moved <br />with forklifts. They are strictly a distribution center. <br />Mr. Johnson made a MOTION to close the public hearing at 10:37 p.m., and was <br />supported by Ms. Carlson. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />Mr. Johnson made a MOTION to approve Minor Subdivision based on the following <br />conditions: <br />1. A certificate of survey is provide including the following detail: <br />a. Drainage and utility easement subject to the review and approval of the City <br />Engineer. <br />b. Shared driveway easement on the south/eastern portion of the site. <br />c. Dedication of remaining right of access to Anoka <br />2. Park dedication is provided as required by City Ordicen °on square footage of <br />proposed construction). <br />The MOTION was supported by Mr. Dunn. The storage and parking areas are to be paved with a bituminous material per the City <br />Engineer's recommendation. <br />5. Drainage easements must be recorded for ponding areas and conveyance through <br />neighboring site. Proof of recording must be submitted prior to issuance of any grading <br />or building permits. <br />6. Right of Access is granted to Anoka County excluding driveway easement area. <br />7. The Environmental Coordinator shall review and approve landscaping and lighting <br />plans. <br />• <br />
