He stated he does not have anything against the church. He indicated he <br />would feel more comfortable if there were less terms and conditions of approval. <br />Mr. Johnson made a MOTION approving the Majestic Pines Community Church, XXX <br />Centerville Road, Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit based on the following: <br />1. Parking adjacent to Centerville Road shall be setback at least 20'. <br />2. Berming or landscaping shall be added around the entire site to provide a better <br />screen from the pubic road and public waters. The City Environmental Specialist shall <br />approve the landscaping plan. <br />3. Parking lot lighting shall be adjusted so that light levels as measured at the property <br />line do not exceed .4 foot - candles. <br />4.
