Because of the shift in Lois Lane and related modifications to the lots on <br />the north side of the road, the park area is shown as 4.01 acres which is consistent <br />with the previous plan. However, the Park Board indicated a desire to expand the <br />park by acquiring Outlot D. With the changes in the lots surrounding the park, Outlot <br />D has been reduced in size. The Outlot is now sized to provide a buffer to the <br />existing exception parcel. If the park area is expanded by acquiring Outlot D, then <br />there will not be a buffer to the existing homeowner. There is not an ability to expand <br />the park without eliminating the proposed buffer or lots. <br />• 5. Oak Lane was shifted to the south to allow more wetland preservation in <br />Block 6. This resulted in a shift of the buildings south of the road. The buildings all <br />
