CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m., November 12, 1998. <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - October 14, 1998 <br />Mr. Trehus asked that the statement "Mr. Trehus stated that building permit data shows <br />that for five years running, we've averaged 203 homes per year ", be added between <br />paragraph 2 and paragraph 3. He stated that paragraph 4 should be corrected to read <br />"400% in tax base ". He also stated that the last sentence in paragraph 4 should read "Mr. <br />Trehus commented ", not Mr. Brixius. <br />Mr. Johnson made a MOTION to approve the amended minutes of the October 14, 1998, <br />meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board, and was supported by Mr. <br />Robinson. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mr. Dunn added Item VE, Clarification of Allegations in the Quad Press. <br />The amended agenda was approved. <br />Chair Schaps noted that Items VB and VC will come before Item A. <br />
