CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board meeting to order at <br />6:40 p.m., April 9, 1997. <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MARCH 12, 1997 <br />Mr. Robinson made a MOTION to approve the minutes of the March 12, 1997 <br />Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board meeting, as submitted. He was supported <br />by Mr. Herr. Motion carried unanimously, 5 -0. Chair Schaps abstained. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA - CHANGES /ADDITIONS <br />Chair Schaps noted that the public hearing for item No. V.B., CB Commercial /US <br />West, 6217 Centerville Road, Conditional Use Permit for Monopole and Base <br />Station, will be continued to the May meeting. <br />A representative from CB Commercial stated that the company has no problems <br />with the staff recommendations and would prefer that the public hearing be <br />continued to the next meeting. He further stated that if the City imposes a <br />moratorium on monopole construction, this application should be exempted. <br />The following two items were added to the agenda: 1) Variance for 850 Orange <br />Street; and 2) Election of Chair and Vice Chair. <br />ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR <br />Chair Schaps opened nominations for the position of Chair. <br />
