• <br />• <br />• <br />Planning & Zoning Board <br />September 10, 1997 <br />Page 17 <br />Mr. Herr asked if what is shown is a new driveway onto 4th Avenue. <br />Ms. Wyland stated that the additional driveway is unique to the Air Park. The property to <br />the south has the same situation with an extra driveway onto 4th Avenue. <br />Mr. Herr made a MOTION to approve the variance application of Mr. Tom Schmelzer, <br />398 Carl Street, on the basis of the findings of fact listed in the staff report and was <br />supported by Mr. Robinson. <br />The motion carried unanimously, 7 -0. <br />G. Continuation of Public Hearing, Telecommunication Ordinance <br />At staffs request, Mr. Robinson made a MOTION to continue this item to the next Board <br />meeting on October 8, 1997, and was supported by Ms. Dahl. The motion carried <br />unanimously, 7 -0. <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Grading Plans/Policy <br />Mr. Johnson made a MOTION to continue this item to the next Board meeting on <br />October 8, 1997, and was supported by Mr. Dunn. The motion carried unanimously, 7 -0. <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Robinson made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 10:35 p.m. and was supported <br />by Mr. Herr. Motion carried unanimously, 7 -0. <br />
