CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board meeting to order at <br />6:30 p.m., September 11, 1996. <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />Mr. Al Robinson made a MOTION to approve the minutes as submitted for the <br />August 14, 1996 Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board meeting and was <br />supported by Herr. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />There were no changes. <br />IV. OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared the Open Mike portion of the meeting at 6:34 p.m. for <br />citizens to bring up any issue not listed on the agenda. <br />Ms. Rosemary Williams, 4998 62nd Street, requested that the minutes reflect a <br />list of issues regarding Mr. Richard Carlson's development of Millers South Glen. <br />As the letter pertained to the first agenda item, Mr. Robinson made a MOTION to <br />close the "Open Mike" portion of the meeting at 6:37 p.m. and was seconded by <br />Mr. Johnson.
