• <br />• <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD <br />April 12, 1995 <br />Ms. Sullivan indicated some items that have been <br />addressed are: <br />* Items discussed at Council Meetings will be <br />available with decisions, the day after the meeting <br />is held. <br />* Minutes of City meetings will be on a <br />subscription basis, due to cost and time. <br />* The Citizen's Library has been rearranged and <br />updated at City Hall. <br />* Work Session chair arrangement has been changed <br />to accommodate public opinion. <br />Ms. Sullivan indicated other various items are also under <br />discussion and the Board is welcomed to attend meetings, <br />but she want to continue to update the Board on the <br />desires of the Advisory Group. <br />Ms. Sullivan thanked Mary Kay Wyland, Brian Wessel and <br />Mary LaForest for attending meetings and making <br />themselves available to the citizens. She indicated this <br />is much appreciated by the citizens and is a good <br />reflection upon City Hall. <br />Ms. Sullivan indicated there will be a Mid Term 20/20 <br />Advisory Group meeting on April 29, from 8:30 a.m. to <br />11:30 a.m. and all are invited. <br />Mr. Herr inquired if the meeting would be on cable for <br />those unable to attend. Ms. Sullivan indicated she would <br />check to see if that is possible. <br />Chair Schaps declared the Open Mike portion of the <br />meeting opened at 6:40 p.m. <br />Hearing no public comment, Al Robinson made a MOTION to <br />close the Open Mike portion of the meeting and was <br />supported by Tom Mesich. All voted aye. Motion carried. <br />Open Mike portion was closed at 6:41 p.m. <br />V. PLANNING ITEMS: <br />A. 95 -9 -S, Living Waters Church, 685 Birch Street <br />Planning Coordinator Wyland briefly reviewed a request to <br />add an area of either 1,016 square feet or 1,536 square <br />feet to be used as open space for gathering and /or <br />classrooms at the Living Waters Church located at 685 <br />Birch Street. <br />• Planning Coordinator Wyland indicated staff has reviewed <br />this request and would recommend approval with all <br />2 <br />
