All voted aye. Motion <br />carried. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Planning Coordinator Wyland requested <br />item V. H be addressed after item V. B. The agenda was <br />accepted as amended. <br />OPEN MIKE: Chair Pro -Tem Robinson declared the Open Mike <br />portion of the meeting OPEN at 6:34 p.m. <br />Ms. Kim Sullivan from 20/20 Vision indicated there will <br />be a "dress rehearsal" meeting of the 20/20 Vision <br />Community Planning Project on June 27, 1995 at City Hall, <br />with a final forum on July 8, 1995 at Rice Lake School at <br />8:45 p.m. <br />Ms. Sullivan indicated throughout the meeting of the <br />residents involved in the 20/20 Program, they have kept <br />in mind there is no right or wrong answers to issues. <br />Ms. Sullivan encouraged members of the Planning and <br />Zoning Board and the City Council to consider and involve <br />the comments of the residents. <br />Ms. Sullivan indicated there have been approximately 50 <br />individuals involved in the 20/20 Program and the ideas <br />expressed by them are representative of the citizens and <br />not of experts. Ms. Sullivan pointed out absence <br />reflects consent, so she encouraged those who wish to <br />know the opinions of the group to attend the last forums. <br />• Ms. Sullivan indicated it was suggested to do an overall <br />survey of the community, but at the cost of between <br />1 <br />
