Ms. Wyland explained
the history of the parcel and indicated that the staff felt
the proposed split serves the future development of the site
far better than the previously approved 5 acre split. Staff
has recommended approval with the condition that a 30' wide
drainage and utility easement be provided on the east property
line of the newly created 1.94 acre parcel.
Mr. Schones made a motion and was supported by Kathy Nordine
to approve the minor subdivision with the condition outlined
in the staff report.
