CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: Vice Chairman Robinson <br />called the meeting to order and asked for Roll Call. <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: John Landers moved approval of the <br />minutes of the June 9, 1993 Planning & Zoning Board <br />meeting and was supported by Tom Mesich. All voted aye. <br />Motion carried. <br />III. OPEN MIRE: No one was present to speak under open mike. <br />IV. ACTION ITEMS: <br />93 -9 -P, Behm's Century Farms, Subdivision <br />Mr. Brixius explained that, at the P & Z's direction, he <br />had prepared Findings of Fact relating to this <br />subdivision and the Board's recommended denial of the <br />request. However, staff has received a letter from the <br />applicant, Mr. Gary Uhde, requesting that the item be <br />continued until the August 11, 1993 meeting of the Board. <br />Mr. Brixius recommended that if any items changed from <br />the original request that a new public hearing including <br />notification of property owners be held. <br />Mr. Schones made a motion continuing the public hearing <br />on the Behm's Century Farms until the August meeting as <br />requested by the applicant. Mr. Landers seconded the <br />motion. All voted aye. Motion carried. <br />
