CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: <br />II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: John Landers moved approval of the <br />August 11, 1993 minutes as submitted. Tom Mesich seconded <br />the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried. <br />III. OPEN MIKE: No one was present to speak under open mike. <br />IV. ACTION ITEMS: <br />93 -5 -P, Oaks of Lino, Aspen Lane, Subdivision, PUBLIC HEARING <br />Mr. Brixius reviewed this item which is to plat a 9.32 acre <br />tract of land into 11 single family lots. The request was <br />continued from the last meeting of the P & Z to allow <br />completion of a hydrology study for the area. That study has <br />been completed and the City's Consulting Engineer TKDA has <br />indicated that buildable areas are feasible in the plat <br />provided: <br />a. RCWD approved the wetland mitigation plans <br />b. The lowest basement elevations can be raised to meet <br />City standards - an adjustment of up to 2.5' on some lots <br />c. The roadway elevations can be raised to provide <br />adequate cover over proposed storm sewers. <br />Mr. Brixius again outlined the staff report and recommended <br />approval of the preliminary plat with the conditions listed in <br />his report, the additional condition that a LOMR be pursued <br />for the plat and the conditions outlined by TKDA. <br />1 <br />
