anning Consultant
tor Wyland, EDAAB
•
•
•
CITY OF LINO LAKES
PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MINUTES
near Schne.
itts
Dractor Wessel
.............................. ...............................
............................. ...............................
.............................. ...............................
I. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL:
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: John Landers made a motion and was
supported by Al Robinson to approve the minutes of the
September 8, 1993 as submitted. All voted aye. Motion
carried.
III. OPEN MIKE: No one was present to speak under Open Mike.
IV. ACTION ITEMS:
A. 93 -5 -P, Oaks of Lino, Aspen Lane Subdivision - Revised Plan
Planning Consultant Brixius reviewed the staff report and
indicated that Hokanson development has resubmitted this
proposal, previously approved by the Planning & Zoning Board,
because of problems encountered in getting approval of the
grading plan by the RCWD. The new proposal provides for 9
buildable lots rather then the previously approved 11 and
minimal filling of the wetlands. The proposal also requires
variances for irregular lot shapes and cul de sac length.
Recognizing the physical constraints to the subject property,
staff would recommend approval of the sketch plan with the
conditions outlined in the October 12, 1993 report from NAC.
Mr. Corson, representing Hokanson Development, was present and
indicated that he agreed with the staff report.
Tom Mesich stated that the design presented was a better plan
than the one previously approved. Chairman Schaps indicated
that the concept was improved. Al Robinson did not think the
additional cul de sac length would be a problem. Mr. Robinson
