CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />PLANNING & ZONING BOARD MINUTES <br />DATE <br />TIME STARTED . <br />TIME ENDED:: <br />EMBERS PRESENT. <br />MEMBERS ASSENT 7. <br />ALSO PRESENT; <br />July 8; 1992 <br />6.30 p m. <br />8:;50 pm <br />Geebmann, Landers, <br />Schaps <br />Robinson, S].atten <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Nordine moved and was supported by Landers to <br />approve the minutes of the June 10, 1992 meeting as submitted. All <br />voted aye. Motion carried. <br />OPEN MIRE: No one was present to address Open Mike. <br />PLANNING ITEMS: <br />A. 92 -22, Incarnation Cemetery, Ash Street, Amended Conditional Use <br />M.K. Wyland reviewed this request which is to construct a 12 x 14 <br />storage building for lawn maintenance equipment at the Incarnation <br />Cemetery. The Planning & Zoning Board recommended approval of the <br />request with the conditions outlined in the staff report including <br />the following: <br />1. Property building permits be obtained for the construction <br />of the storage building. <br />2. Site plan submitted be made a part of the permit. <br />3. A landscape plan be submitted with the building permit <br />application indicating landscaping to be provided around the <br />storage area. <br />MOTION: Glebmann moved and was seconded by Meisch to approve the <br />request. All voted aye. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Jerry Hawkins of the Church Cemetery Committee was present and <br />advised the Board that a yard light is located on the property and <br />that it is currently fenced. <br />• <br />
