• <br />• <br />PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br />April 12, 1989 <br />Harold Bisel stated that Anoka County Parks have abused every <br />government action in this instance. He went on to say that <br />the City of Lino Lakes had no input as to how or what type of <br />building they were to install. Mr. Bisel stated "This <br />violates every law the city has on the books, we cannot be <br />above the laws we write ". "We are setting a precedence <br />here ". <br />MOTION: Charles Prokop moved to table the request from Anoka <br />County for Site Plan Approval for a Storage Building at <br />Chomonix Golf Course, Application #89 -09, so that the City of <br />Lino Lakes and the Anoka County Attorney can work out a <br />reasonable solution to the problem and incorporate it into a <br />complete site plan. The P &Z board recommended leaving the <br />building red tagged until this is resolved. <br />Elmer Crohn seconded the motion, and the motion was approved <br />unanimously. <br />ESTABLISH MEETING DATE FOR JOINT PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE MEETING. <br />John Miller would like to hold a meeting with the Planning <br />and Zoning Board, and the Economic Development Committee to <br />discuss policies and procedures. <br />The board decided to meet either the last week in April, or <br />the first week in May. <br />Mr. Miller will send out a notice to the effect. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />MOTION: Alan Irwin moved to recommend to city council to <br />initiate zoning in park property to be P.S.P. (Public -Semi- <br />Public) . <br />Sally Kuether seconded the motion, and the motion was <br />approved unanimously. <br />Mr. Chase moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ms. <br />Kuether, meeting adjourned at 9:32 p.m. <br />
