PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING <br />May 10, 1989 <br />• has failed to follow up. <br />MOTION: Mr. King moved to table Application #88 -34 pending <br />attorneys actions, Mr. Robinson seconded the motion, and the <br />motion was approved unanimously. <br />REQUEST FROM KLOSNER - GOERTZ FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />APPLICATION #89 -24 /ROCKY GOERTZ <br />At the P &Z meeting in April Mr. Goertz approached the board <br />and ask for their response to an auto body shop. Mr. Goertz <br />felt their response was favorable. <br />Mr. Miller stated that he would be in favor of issuing this <br />Conditional Use Permit if the following conditions were met: <br />1. No outside storage <br />2. No temporary signs <br />3. Removal of construction equipment (with the <br />exception of Franklin Excavating's backhoe, panel <br />truck and dump truck) <br />4. Installation of a paint booth <br />No changes will be made to the outside of the building. <br />MOTION: Mr. Crohn moved to recommend to City Council <br />approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Klosner - Goertz, <br />Application #89 -24. Mr. King seconded the motion, and the <br />motion was approved unanimously. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Chairman Charles Prokop recommended that a work session be <br />planned for the Planning and Zoning Board and City Council in <br />the near future. <br />The Planning and Zoning Board should discuss the lengths of <br />cul -de -sacs in the near future. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Sally Kuether moved to adjourn the meeting.
