Allow resubdivision of the 150 X 300 foot <br />residential lots into 75 X 150 parcels when <br />sewer becomes available. <br />4. Permit resubdivision of the 150 X 300 foot <br />lots by minor subdivision rather than by <br />re- platting. <br />5. Encourage the use of cul -de -sac streets <br />wherever necessary to protect wetlands and <br />natural areas. <br />6. Require landscaping and wildlife management <br />plans for new water retention ponds. <br />7. Require city permits for well and septic <br />tank construction. If city utilities are <br />available hookup would be mandatory upon <br />failure of either a well or septic system. <br />8. Require mandatory utility hook -up within <br />5 years after availability. <br />Nelson clarified that the Planning and Zoning Board <br />eliminate #'s 1, 2, and #4 above and discuss these at a <br />future meeting. <br />MOTION: Prokop approved #'s 3, 5, 6, and 7 in the above <br />housekeeping amendments. Crohn seconded the motion and the <br />motion was carried unanimously. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Prokop addressed the Planning and Zoning Board and the <br />Council Members that were present regarding the safety <br />hazard at the Marina on West Oaks dock where the Gazebo will <br />be constructed. Prokop suggested that someone check out the <br />traffic flow pattern there. He saw a safety problem. <br />MOTION: Prokop recommended to council that they require <br />someone to look at the marina area and to investigate <br />whether there is a safety hazzard of any kind at West Oaks <br />dock area on the west side of the lake. Also, they check <br />out the traffic situation. Nelson seconded the motion and <br />the motion was carried unanimously. <br />NEW BUISNESS: NONE <br />
