• <br />• <br />• <br />PAGE 9 <br />DRAFT <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 11 -88 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B, ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, BY DELETING ACCESSORY <br />BUILDING SIZES AND ADDING A FORMULA FOR DETERMINING MAXIMUM <br />ACCESSORY BUILDING SIZES. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983, is <br />hereby amended deleting the current language in Section (4) (6), <br />Subd. 7 - Section (4) (9), Subd. 7 - Section (4) (11), Subd. 7 <br />and adding the following language: <br />Section 4 Subdivision 7 <br />(6) Accessory buildings in the residential districts <br />shall not be closer than five (5) feet from the <br />side lot line and ten (10) feet from the rear lot line. <br />Section 4 Subdivision 7 <br />(9) A private garage in the residential districts shall <br />not be utilized for buisiness service or industry. <br />Further, that not more than one -half of the space may <br />be rented for the private vehicles of persons not <br />resident on the premises. Such garage shall not be <br />used for more than one commercial vehicle. The gross <br />weight of such vehicle shall not exceed 11,075 <br />pounds gross weight. <br />Section 4 Subdivision 7 <br />(11) Total Number and Specifications of Accessory Buildings <br />Permitted in Residential Districts. The following <br />summarizes the maximum number and size of accessory <br />buildings allowed in an individual parcel according <br />to lot size. <br />
