In order to help correct this <br />situation, it was requested that the secretary see that the the P & <br />Z Board receive Council minutes and minutes from any of the other <br />City Boards which may be of interest to P & Z, and that the Council <br />liaison make attempts to attend all P & Z meetings or send the City <br />Administrator in his place. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:00 PM by a motion by Mr. Doocy, seconded <br />by Mr. Prokop.
