• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 04 - 87 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE, APPENDIX B, ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY AMENDING DESIGN REQUIREMENTS FOR OFF - <br />STREET AREAS. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended <br />as follows: <br />AMENDMENT: Section 8, Subdivision ). All access drives, <br />driveways, approaches, sales lots, and parking <br />areas shall be surfaced with asphalt or concrete <br />in a manner approved by the City Engineer. Except- <br />ions are access drives, driveways, approaches, sales <br />lots, and parking areas in the rural and residential <br />districts of the City that serve farm and residential <br />principal and accessory uses on parcels of more than <br />one acre. These may be surfaced with 1) class 5 <br />gravel, 2) pea rock, 3) crushed rock, or 4) agricultural <br />lime in a manner approved by the City Engineer. On <br />parcels of less than one acre, asphalt or concrete <br />surfaces are required. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially <br />passed and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the Council this day of , 1987. <br />Benjamin G.
