Planning and Zoning Board <br />February. 17-, 1982 <br />Page Two <br />Mr. Jerry Blackbird was present to discuss his plat on the South side of <br />79th Street just West of Lake Drive. The City Attorney had written a <br />letter regarding the current status of 79th street which is termed a <br />'cartway'. There was discussion on the fact that this plat is located in <br />the Expansion Residential (ER) area which requires a minimum lots size <br />of five (5) acres. Mr. Blackbird will wait until the Zoning Ordinance <br />hearings to pursue his plat. <br />Mr. Johnson moved to adjourn at 9:20 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Juleen.
