The lands East of the Freeway is zoned <br />Industrial - the lands West of the Freeway was questioned. <br />Mr. Prokop moved to table this request until such time as Mr. Schmacher <br />can research the zoning on this property. Seconded by Mr. Bathke. Motion <br />Carried unanimously. <br />The next item on the agenda was a request for a special use permit <br />application by Mr. Gevay for the purpose of sharpening saws in his garage, <br />This land is located within the commercial zoning on Hodgson Road. Mr. <br />Gevay was not present. <br />Mr. Johnson moved to recommend approval of this special use permit. <br />Seconded by Mr. Doocy. MOtion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Prokop moved to request the Council provide some direction to the <br />Planning and Zoning Board in the area of Bill Boards. Seconded by Mr. <br />Bathke. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Schumacher noted that the six(6) months allowed for surrounding <br />communites to review the City's Comprehensive Plan. There have been some <br />minor changes and Mr. Short would like to meet with the Board at the next <br />meeting to go over these changes. After the changes are made, this will <br />be submitted to the City Council and then to Metro Council for approval. <br />Mr. Prokop moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Doocy. Aye. <br />
