1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />Al Robinson said the Board had dealt with developers twice before <br />and because of wetlands had to redesign their plats to stay away <br />from the high water mark. John Bergeson said it would be better to <br />approve a variance on the South rather than on the North where it <br />is so flat and close to the high water mark. Robert King said he <br />was not receptive to variances toward the North, Monika Slatten <br />agreed. <br />Al Robinson asked where is the holding pond. Mr. Menkveld said it <br />is behind Lots 10 and 11. <br />#5 OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no old business. <br />#6 NEW BUSINESS <br />There was no new business. <br />#7 ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion: John Bergeson made the motion to adjourn. Robert King <br />seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. <br />Ernie Zelinkla asked if it were possible to request a special <br />meeting when all of the documents and issues have been resolved for <br />the Shores of Marshan Lake. The consensus was yes, there have been <br />special meetings. <br />4 <br />
