December 28, 2000 <br />Park Dedication Fund Balance Recommendations <br />As of December 31, 2000 <br />Release Wheels Project - $10,000 <br />Unless the Park Board designates a use for this money in 2001, perhaps the <br />allocated dollars should be released and this project be addressed in the future. <br />Release Trail Renovation Throughout Trails System - $9,200 <br />Trail work that has been completed but not paid is reflected under "Total Expenses <br />Incurred but not Paid" line item that will be paid early 2001. <br />Release Pave Trails in Behm's Development - $35,000 <br />Release since some issues still need to be resolved and no longer critical until <br />development to the north occurs. <br />Release City Hall Park - West Improvements - $2,667 <br />Release since project completed Fall, 2000. <br />• Release Parks and Trail Improvements - $27,444 <br />Release since adequate funding secured to complete Black Duck trail. <br />Assuming all above currently designated dollars are released, the total undesignated <br />funds would be $84,363 ($84,311+ $52) <br />If add revenue generated when Behm's Park Land sale is complete ($15,311) total <br />would be $99,674 <br />The Playground Equipment — VFW designated fund ($18,600) should be considered <br />when the next playground project is determined. <br />12/28/00 <br />RD /Park Board /2000 staff recommendations <br />• <br />
