• <br />• <br />• <br />Lino Lakes Parks and <br />Recreation Department <br />Program High l igh is - <br />February Park Board Update <br />Youth <br />Youth Instructional: Our Floor Hockey Mini Camp concluded this month. Our next session will begin in <br />April. FOG and Pre - Kids- er -cise also concluded this month. Soccer Mini Camp and Toss, Kick and <br />Catch are still going strong. We had to add an extra week to the end of the schedule due to a school <br />closing in late January. Both programs are scheduled to end mid -March and new classes will be starting <br />in April. <br />CLUBS - 31 children attended our President's Day field trip - "Cinema Cafe and Hayride." We were <br />fortunate to have mild weather that day and the children had a great time. Our next set of field trips is <br />scheduled for the week of April 9 - 13. <br />Warminghouses <br />Warminghouses were officially scheduled to close on February 25. However, the weather caused them to <br />close on Saturday, February 24. <br />Employment Opportunities <br />We are currently accepting applications for a variety of summer positions including playground leaders, <br />Options leaders, soccer instructors, tennis instructors, preschool leaders and day camp leaders. For an <br />application, contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 651- 982 -2440. <br />Activities Guide <br />Our Spring Activities Guide is completed and is scheduled to be in homes the first week in March. <br />Questions?
