Petition for Park Access to Birch Park from Trappers' Crossing We, the undersigned residents request that a park trail and footbridge be installed, to connect Birch Park to the north cul -de -sac in Trappers' Crossing, as recommended in 1994, by the City Staff and Engineering Consultants, and agreed upon by the City Council of Lino Lakes.
