•
Park Board Meeting — September 4, 2001
Minutes
The September 4, 2001 City of Lino Lakes Park Board meeting was park tour and BBQ.
Members present were Pam Taschuk, Paul Montain, Pat Huelman, Bill Kusterman and Michael
O'Connor. Members absent were Chris Welsand and George Lindy.
Also present were Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director and Sandie Wood, Public Services
Office Manager.
Members met at Paul Montain's home at 5:30pm and went on a tour of City Hall Park (skate
park), Marshan Park, Sunrise Park, and the Trappers Crossing area where a trail would like to be
put through to Birch Park. Members had questions pertaining to the usage of the skate park, the
turf at Marshan Park, and the property by Trappers Crossing. Rick responded to all the
questions. Members really enjoyed the tour. They feel it is very informative to visit the parks
and see the improvements that have been made.
After the tour, everyone met for a BBQ at Paul Montain's home.
Respectfully Submitted,
Sandie Wood
Public Services Office Manager
sw /parkbrd/minutes /9 -4 -01 Park Board Minutes.doc
