Petition for Park Access to Birch Park from Trappers' Crossing We, the undersigned residents request that a park trail and footbridge be installed, to connect Birch Park to the north cul -de -sac in Trappers' Crossing, as recommended in 1994, by the City Staff and Engineering Consultants, and agreed upon by the City Council of Lino Lakes. This park access was to be made available, contingent upon the approval of the preliminary plat for the Trappers' Crossing subdivision.
