• • • Park Board Meeting - October 1, 2001 Minutes Pam asked if the Park Board should start talking to people about the referendum and possibly recruiting people for the committee. Rick stated the Park Board should be talking about this and recruitment for the committee should not be limited to organized sports participants. Michael advised the head of the Centennial Soccer Program indicated he is interested in participating. Rick said he would keep the Park Board informed about any new information relating to the referendum. Chair Lindy stated the referendum should be on the November agenda for an update. Not all citizens are willing to serve as tirelessly as Dr. Lindy has in an unselfish way for the benefit of all the citizens who live in Lino Lakes today and in the future. Rick presented Chair Lindy with a trophy on behalf of the City Council and thanked him for all his efforts.
