Call to Order and Roll Call <br />(Meeting was called to order at 7:OOp.m. Members Present: George Lindy, Pam <br />Taschuk, Michael O'Conner, Katie Boyle, Pat Huelman, and Bill Kusterman. <br />Members Absent: Paul Montain.) <br />2. Approval of Minutes from January 7, 2002 <br />(Pat Huelman made a motion to approve the January 7, 2002 minutes. Pam <br />Taschuk seconded the motion and the minutes were approved.) <br />3. Setting Agenda <br />(There were no additions or deletion, <br />4. Open Mike <br />(There was no one present for open mike. <br />5. Review Stoneybrook Preliminary Pi at <br />(After review Pam Taschuk made a motion to accept 100 percent cash park <br />dedication. Seconded by Bill Kusterman and approved. Staff will forward a memo <br />to the Planning Department.) <br />6. Discuss and. Approve 2002 Park Board Goals <br />(The Board discussed and approved the 2002 Park Board Goals.) <br />7. Review 2001 Park and Recreation Department Accomplishments <br />(The members reviewed the material in the packets.) <br />Approve Content, Amount, and Date of Referendum <br />(Members discussed this item and Pam Taschuk made a motion to approve the <br />content, amount and date of referendum. Seconded by Bill Kusterman and <br />approved.) <br />9. Recreation Update <br />(Rick touched on some of the highlights included in the packet.) <br />. Park Update <br />(Rick reviewed the memo in the packets and answered members questions.) <br />
